How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, email our Customer Support Team at info@vibethehype.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include:
• Your Order ID
• The originally purchased size
• The size you wish to exchange for

We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that a service fee will apply for pickup, drop-off, and reshipping, depending on your location. Upon approval, the exchange process may take up to 2 weeks (excluding weekends).

• Custom one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Sale items are ineligible for exchange or return.

Quality Assurance
Every exchanged item undergoes a detailed quality inspection. Exchanges may be denied if the item appears worn or damaged. Please note that slight variations in color, brightness, or texture between product images and actual items are normal. Returning the Product
After the exchange is approved, ship the item back to V.T.H and share the tracking ID via email within the same conversation thread.

Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, your exchange will be completed within 5-7 business days.
